FAHAMU UMUHIMU WA KUNYWA GREEN JUICE KWA AFYA YA MWILI

    Good morning Loves, so kwa wale watu wa fitness na wanaopenda to keep their bodies healthy nadhani mtakuwa mnajua green juice ni nini na jinsi ya kuitengeneza and all that.

     Since I spend most of my time reading and writing nimekutana na sehemu mtu anauliza hii green juice inasaidia nini haswa, yaani faida zake ni nini, kwanini unywe green juice? Kwanini unywe Green Juice?

    1.Inasafisha ngozi yako. Baada ya kama wiki mbili za kunywa green juice utaanza kuona mabadiliko, ngozi yako itaanza kuwa laini na hata madoa na makovu uliyokuwa nayo yataanza kupotea. If you make a habit ya kuinywa kila siku basi ngozi yako ndio itatakata kabisa.

   2.Inakupa nguvu. Kwa wale ambao tayari mnakunywa green juice mtakuwa mnajua kuwa unatakiwa kuinywa on ana empty stomach.. kunywa ukiwa huna kitu tumboni, kaa kama nusu saa ndio unaweza kunywa au kula kitu kingine.

       Green juice ina nutrients nyingi na hivyo ni bora kama ukiinywa asubuhi kabla hujala kitu kingine chochote.

      3.Inasaidia digestion/inakupa choo Green juice inasaidia kusaga chakula tumboni, hivyo hata kama ulikuwa hupati choo just kunywa green juice for a whole day na you will feel as light as a feather siku inayofuata.

   4.Inapunguza uzito. We all know kwamba ukitaka kupungua sio mazoezi tu ndo yatakayo kusaidia, bali ni vitu unavyokula pia..Na green juice ni kitu kimoja important sana ambacho ni lazima kuweka katika diet yako ili uweze kupungua vizuri bila matatizo.

    5.Inasafisha viungo vya ndani ya mwili. Kama vile figo, mapafu, moyo nk. Kama wataka kufanya full body cleanse basi tumia Green juice.
